Adebola Richard Oguntade is a Senior Associate in the firm.  He started his experience as a Personal Assistant in a Senior Advocate Law Firm before studying law. His experience in Secretarial and Legal Administration arose from his educational background in NCE (TECH) Education from The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 1987. 

Mr. Oguntade graduated LL.B (Hons.) Lagos; He attended Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. He holds a Masters Degree in Public and International Affairs (MPIA) Lagos 2008. He worked in the Registry of University of Lagos between 1993 – 2008.

He provides on behalf of the Firm Corporate/Company Secretarial Services including Legal advice in all aspects of business operations. He is involved in active Legal Practice and Litigation.

Mr. Oguntade is energetic, hardworking and resourceful.
